Who is Meridian Summit for?
Founders, executives, senior managers and investors who shape strategy at their companies. Most attendees lead teams of 20 people or more, and around a third work in finance, technology or industrial businesses.
What is included in my pass?
Every pass includes access to both days, all stage sessions, lunch and refreshments, and the Meridian matchmaking app. Business and Executive passes add the evening programme, executive roundtables and more. See the Passes section for the full comparison.
How do I pay for my pass?
Reserve your place with the form on this page and you will not be charged straight away. Our team confirms your booking and sends an invoice within one business day. We accept card and bank transfer, with payment due within 14 days.
Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes. Transfers are free until 1 March 2027. Just reply to your confirmation email with your colleague's name and work email.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund until 15 January 2027, or a 50% refund until 15 February 2027. After that, passes are non-refundable but can still be transferred.
Do you offer group or startup discounts?
Teams of five or more save 15% on every pass. Early-stage startups, under three years old with less than €2 million raised, can apply for a limited number of 50% passes by mentioning it in the registration form.
Is the venue accessible?
Tejo Convention Centre is fully step-free, with hearing loops on every stage, a quiet room and accessible restrooms on each floor. Let us know about any requirement in the registration form and we will make it happen.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Main Stage and Atlas Hall sessions are recorded and shared with every pass holder within two weeks of the summit. Workshops and roundtables are not recorded, so people can speak openly.
